At The Potted Bloom Room, we are committed to providing fresh, beautiful flowers and quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the information below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Perishable Nature of Flowers

Our floral products are natural, seasonal, and perishable. As such, there may be slight variations between the product received and the images displayed on our website. Flower availability depends on market conditions and seasonality. By placing an order, you acknowledge that substitutions may be necessary.

Flower Lifespan & Care

Fresh flowers typically last between 2 to 7 days, depending on the variety, environmental conditions, and care. We include a Flower Care Guide with every order to help extend the life of your blooms.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product to assess the issue. If approved, we will offer a refund, partial refund, or replacement at our discretion.

Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or unwanted items.

Non-Perishable Items

For any non-perishable goods (e.g., pots, candles, or dried arrangements), you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Your Consumer Rights

Our return and refund policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
