Shipping policy

Our Delivery service is 6.5 days a week. Our cut of time is 12 noon daily.

Any orders that are received after this time will be delivered the next day.

 

If the recipient is not home we will make an attempt to contact you, please ensure you enter your phone number on the order.

 

If we cannot reach you, we will endeavour to leave the order in a safe place on the property, flowers will not survive outside for a long period of time.

If we cannot leave anywhere safe or we cannot access the property the flowers or gifts will be taken back to store and a re delivery fee will be charged or you may pick up from store.
